Developing and implementing programs to deliver high sales & marketing performance, increase market share, improve pricing policy and product portfolio management, and increase EBITDA margin. Performing marketing analysis including competitive reviews, pricing, product portfolio management, company promotion and positioning, brand awareness, Smart Benchmarking, and digital marketing. Creating and optimizing B2B sales strategy and organizational models for countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, CIS, the Middle East, and North and Latin America.
