Founder and CEO of Manhattan Studios, a New York based media finance and consulting company specializing in business develoment, international joint ventures, content management , programming , and production. Also founder of Faith Online Inc, a venture backed network of websites and media platforms undergoing its third round of financing. Adept at raising money, working with Boards, managing complicated team dynamics and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Recently moved to London and is available in Belgium and in London and open to other assignments elswehere in Europe. Very connected in the film , television and internet businesses and unusually knowledgeable on technical issues as they relate to managing large scale media , Internet or production challenges. Loves working with smart entrepreneurial teams and is very easy to work with.

1995: Oversaw the launch of one of the Internet's largest online services companies. Designed and distributed the first set of videogames that were educational while managing the production studio at Electronic Arts Built plan for Bertelsmann's Books Online launch and structured new unit in the USA Sold book publishing company to the most prominent producer of television comedy in the USA Oversaw over $40,000,000 in philanthropic grants and programs per year while managing a fund for a well known foundation. Though I have no experience in it, I am very interested in the biotech business...and would welcome the opportunity to learn..
