Changed the Bank: I delivered critical global markets & banking change programs. I migrated more than 100,000 thousand clients, millions of transactions to new core banking platforms. Team of 80 plus vendors. Budget 50million GBP. Success was based on strong governance, disciplined planning, stakeholder alignment and communication across the region and head office, rigorous risk and dependency management and testing. Created Regulatory Trust: I improved the global cyber risk profile of a major global bank, bringing cyber risk back within the bank’s board risk appetite. This work materially strengthened the bank’s standing with its regulators, including an FCA confirmation of satisfaction and reduced cyber risk. Know Your Client & Anti Money Laundering: Enhanced financial-crime prevention by digitizing Commercial Banking Client Due Diligence across 21 markets, working closely with regulators in APAC, Africa and Middle East. Cost Savings & Right Shoring: Delivered USD 200 million in cost savings by establishing strategic services hubs in Poland and China.
