Budget managed of 180mln euro plus 20 mil of intercompany recharge. In charge of the overall IT lifecycle. Managing a portfolio of around 300 projects plus a transformation program to further consolidate, simplify and innovate the overall IT Infrastructure & Application landscape, including people, processes and tools. Started a project of Innovation Hub, in cooperation with Business Line to speed up digitalization processes
