I have managed Revenue >$2bn leading 20,000 people. Set up capability centres for and helped them drive Digital organizations by aiding in determination and deployment of Technology solutions, Data and Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Analytics. I have stewarded the organisation`s Automation program (Robots, RPA and Artificial Intelligence journey) to help establish it as a key differentiator for the Operations business. Working with teams across Technology, Quality, Finance, Sales and Accounts and Delivery leadership across all 63 countries in order to do so. This resulted in moving 8k, 10k and 12k roles over 3 years that were delivered by technology instead of people while simultaneously improving the client experience, improving precision and simplifying processes. In addition, the program delivered key outcomes encompassing efficient processes, reduced time to market, better quality, improved business outcomes and consequent headcount reduction as well as greater employee satisfaction.
