C-Suite leader with strong legal background (IP expertise) and broad experience in the tech sector & PE environments leading Corporate Affairs (=communication, branding and institutional relations), Sustainability & Governance. Currently an Independent Board Member of a 4B€ revenue railway company and an advisory board member of a Foundation.

• Developed and executed multinational communication strategy for the region Iberia, Latam & Africa (In 2023, # mentions 2x above competitors in Iberia). • Led a rebranding process (rebranding of 20 companies with over 80 products to a common Brand in less than 6 months). • Designed & Implemented a Public Affairs plan for the company in Spain, Portugal & Mexico. • As member of the Regional Cegid Transformation Committee, in charge of realizing the integration & synergies of 15 companies into a multinational, I helped reaching an increase of +4% EBITDA margin from FY22-FY23, and on track for an additional +4% in FY24. • Developed the ESG strategy for Iberial, Latam & Africa. • Led the definition and implementation of the Governance for Iberia, Latam & Africa, which was the blueprint for the company globally.
