Major Achievements

I have been in charge to create and develop new business units – as the newbuz adding Telco business to the Media one, thus creating from scratch the organization and being in charge of the whole HR process (organization/workforce plan/labour costs/training&learning/talent attraction/compensation etc), and also Data directorate in order to boost Digital&Data driven culture as Head of People&Culture. I have implemented the Agile metholdody and business unit, aligning IT &Company to the new way of working I am also the Lead of new Culture@Company, leading projects aiming at changing the way of working such as remote working/Hybrid teams, Leadership&development programs cross company.
