I have had a rewarding career as a Human Resource Executive and Investigative Consultant for over twenty years. I am an HR evangelist. A true believer in the infinite power of people and the impact of great HR on organizational success. HR is about connection: of people, of strategies, of ideas.

• I have helped facilitate numerous large-scale investments and negotiations including the sale of a 6-campus wide Health Club Group and helped a Silicon Valley tech startup grow by 65%. • I’ve learned to balance the sometimes restrictive nature of rules, regulations, and procedures with that of a transparent, collaborative, and innovative approach as a way to positively lead a team. • I am passionate about training and developing a talented team who can lead and manage strategic business functions and thrive developing an organizational culture that promotes transparency and collaboration. • I coach teams with solid goals and objectives while giving people autonomy and holding them accountable to results; adapting my leadership style and methods to suit employees rather than expecting everyone to respond to the same leadership style.
