Led a successful full transformation exercise, in order to get the company back to its formal leading position. In 6 months was able to positively reverse the negative trend by increasing revenue 6% and EBITDA by 16%. 2) CEO - Grew business by more than 40% in less than 6 month and succeeded in transforming and reorganising the company from being a regional operator serving 800k customers and covering a population of 7M to a national operator serving 7M customers out of a 33M population while maintaining the same ARPU - all within a period of 3 years.
