In my current position, I help the company to implement its growth agenda and transform while improving health outcome through digital solutions & services for stakeholders (patients, healthcare providers and payers). Mission is to develop digital products from concept to scale to complement portfolio of drugs, design business, operational & organizational models, develop ecosystem and partnerships with crowd, start-ups, technology and innovation companies. Prior to this role, reporting to the C-Suite, I held a Global Head of Procurement position in a pharma company and several leadership positions in Business/Commercial/Medical Affairs, IT, R&D & Technical Operations with a key focus on: strategy set-up and execution, critical problems solving, complex and impactful change management, global business process re-design and data management, organisational effectiveness improvement, finance and program management.
