Management of a multi-field team. (Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Order fulfilment, purchasing, IT). Supervision of monthly closings, quarterly reporting , the annual financial statements in US-GAAP, IRSF, and French GAAP in compliance with corporate policies & Local legal requirements. Preparation of budgets and forecasts, monthly analysis and budget controlling. Supervision and following-up the credit management. Involvement in reflection and preparation of company’s strategy and sales strategy. Implementation and development of a Human Resources policy and strategy.
