Turnover of a branded loss making company (Germany-5,2 Mio Euro loss 2002) to a gain making one (+2,8 Mio Eur in 2006/projected in 2007) with the management of 5-12 directly managed people. Project implemantation of MS SharePoint2007 with the gain of a better cooperation between different departments because the company is R+D driven and collaboration and a more effective operational processes are cost savers
