- Established and successfully launched a new financial institution in Poland. Became the CEO of a consumer finance bank serving over 1 million customers, and employing over 1,000 staff. The bank obtained MasterCard award for a new product. - Closely cooperated with dr. Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Laureate and social innovator. I became a publisher and promoter in Poland of his concept of microfinance and social business. This activity led to his three visits in Poland, and interacting with audiences from business / financial sector / academic / government, NGO and general public. - Contrubuted to the design of financial inclusion / access to finance policies in European Union and Afghanistan, in close cooperation with the public authorities, public, academic and non governmental entities.
