I am a very good manager of people and processes. I am also well suited to CSR, communication, HR, marketing and project management. I am entrepreneurial, hard working, highly organized, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. I am comfortable in many environments, from building sites to trade shows, from employment tribunal hearings to board meetings.

I was instrumental in growing my company from 7 to 32 staff, £537k to over £2m turnover, increasing our customers’ satisfaction and improving our social and environmental practices. I am also an Independent Board Member of Soha Housing Ltd (Oxfordshire's largest housing association) and non executive director of Brussels Sustainable House in Brussels. In March 2008, I was nominated and selected for inclusion in the Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite.
