The company is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead strategy and execution for product, brand, digital, and growth marketing. This position is a member of the leadership team with budget responsibility and reports to the CEO.


  • Serve as a key partner to the VP Revenue to develop and implement comprehensive institutional and bottoms-up sales and marketing strategies
  • Design and implement multi-channel user acquisition and retention campaigns; identify and scale new channels; develop rigorous testing practices for high conversion, high ROI growth
  • Work closely with the product and design teams to lead aligned product marketing functions; work with the product team to contribute to product roadmap feature prioritization.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate mission- and values-aligned creative, original content, and brand marketing
  • Collaborate with public relations capacity to develop brand-aligned, holistic communications strategies
  • Manage community development and outreach efforts, high-value events
