Executive Recruitment Services Fees

A pricing model aligned with the seniority of your executive hire. Our fee is 25% of the hired candidate's gross annual salary for permanent placement.

Example Calculation

For an executive with a gross annual salary of $200,000:

Total recruitment fee:
$50,000 (25% of $200,000)

First Payment:
$16,667

Second Payment:
$16,667

Final Payment:
$16,666

Payment Structure: Three Installments

Our executive recruitment fee is divided into three equal payments to align with project milestones:

First Payment:
Due when you sign the executive search agreement and we begin the recruitment process

Second Payment:
Due when we present the first shortlist of qualified candidates for your review

Final Payment:
Due when your selected candidate officially starts their position with your company

Our self-service option to advertise your executive positions and manage applications directly. Your executive job offer will be posted on our platforms (CEO Worldwide and Female Executive Search) and we send you all candidate applications for your own follow up.
