Objectives
- Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership and Vision:
- Develop and execute a 5 year strategic plan to grow UK revenues from £65M to £130M, aligned with global objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand AI applications in high-impact sectors.
- Position the company as a thought leader in ethical and scalable AI solutions. - Operational Excellence:
- Oversee UK operations, including R&D, sales, solution delivery, customer success, and technical support.
- Optimize operations to support a 220-strong workforce, with plans to scale and drive operational efficiency. - Financial Accountability:
- Full P&L responsibility, targeting 18% YoY growth and maintaining EBITDA margins of 19%.
- Manage annual budgets and provide financial reports to US headquarters.
- Balance investment in AI innovation with cost efficiency to fuel sustainable growth. - Stakeholder Management and Global Alignment:
- Act as the primary liaison between the UK subsidiary and US headquarters, ensuring strategic and cultural alignment.
- Build relationships with key clients, partners and regulators.
- Represent the Company at relevant events and in media to enhance brand visibility. - Team Leadership and Talent Development:
- Lead the leadership team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Promote DEI, targeting 38% female representation in technical roles by 2028. - Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, EU AI Act, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Collaborate with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulations and data privacy laws.
