Opportunity

The VP, Head of Brand Experience (H/F) to lead and steer an organisation of 80+ multicultural communications professionals across Europe (4 direct reports including one VP) in the design and execution of the Company brand promotion, events and exhibitions and report to an Executive Committee Member. As a member of the Executive leadership team in Communications, the jobholder will be a key player in designing the Company Brand strategy and strategic focus themes that help to bring the Company story to life.

Objectives

  • Define and drive the implementation of the Brand experience
  • Brand evaluation and measurement management
  • Management and activation of key advertising campaigns
  • Plan, supervise and execute major internal and external events and exhibitions to time, cost and quality (Exhibitions, Events & Protocol management)
  • Implement the Heritage (initiative which preserves and promotes the company’s rich history for internal and external audiences)
  • Develop creativity fostering within Communications teams and new concepts animation to answer business needs
