Full P&L responsibility and Data Product Unit funding of $3M. Achieved ISO 9000 certification. Full responsibility for the new Data Center in Belgrade and VoIP implementation in the Bank. Coordinating regional business processes and assess how current and future IT strategic plans will support them. Full life cycle experiences in both pre and post sales support organization working with top telecomms.
