P&L responsibility of facility employing 740 people engaged in the production and finishing of titanium products and the inventory, quality and profitability of two service center/warehouse facilities employing 90. • Reduced TRIR rate by 3.19 to 0.49; reduced mobile equipment by 47%; deployed COVID-19 response • 2019 Sales of $736M, y-o-y increase of 5% with EBIT improvement of 22% or $31.4M to $161.2M • Deployed 6S program and lean principled CI projects to decrease variable cost by 6.4%/$.27/lb worth $9.8M while increasing throughput to maximize trade pounds by 2M or 13.6% and CAPEX deployment of $47.1M • Entered into new, five year labor agreement with USWA two months ahead of contract expiration
