Marketing & Sales Head role to: - Ensure overall business targets of the organisation are met & opportunities from existing & new opportunities are capitalized - Enhance the branding and positioning of the product as a premium HRMS package - Identify fora and platforms for sponsorships and marketing purposes - Build the USP to differentiate from existing competition Positions reporting to this role: Marketing & sales Managers


  • Critical Accountabilities: - Enhance top & bottom line revenues:
  • To generate new business for the organisation by identifying potential clients through various techniques
  • To meet new clients & present HR align as a comprehensive HRIS system which can gather facilitate all data management need of the organisation - Market Research:
  • To track competitor activities of other HRIS packages & understand the new clients being approached by them
  • To scan environment & facilitate latest thought processes - Brand Building: To participate in various Conferences, forums, & seminars where HR align can be showcased & generate leads through such events - Customer Interaction:
  • This role will interact highly with HR Gurus or well known HR practitioners to keep abreast latest practices in HR
  • Will also highly interact with internal R & D head to keep them updated on market requirements & customer feedback
