Opportunity

The Commercial/Sales Director, for the region Americas (North and South), will be responsible for the performance of sales, technical marketing and logistics of the company. He/she will report to the Chief Commercial Officer of the group and will lead a team in the US.

Objectives

  • This individual will be responsible for the repositioning of corporate sales, focusing efforts on being a value-added solutions provider in the market, rather than a product provider. He/she will work with the management team to establish a new strategy which will drive this solutions-oriented approach, with the goal to significantly increase sales and further optimize profitability in specifically Nafta. Currently, the organization is highly focused on technical sales and strong relationships with the customers. With this newly established role, the aim will be to set up a more strategic sales function, with key account management and robust view of driving value.
