The VP of People will serve as a key executive and partner with the organization to own the entire end-to-end employee experience, including recruiting, compensation and benefits planning, implementation and management, performance cycles and career pathing and company culture. You will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the executive team to help build a high-impact team as the company scales.
- ● Compensation, payroll and benefits: Define and deliver a total compensation program that offers employees a comprehensive package that is informed by industry benchmarking, is competitive within the market that meets business requirements and budgets ● Organizational design: In collaboration with each executive leader, provide input on the development of team structures that support scale, effective use of resources and provides managers and employees clear paths for career progression ● Training, performance management & promotion cycles: o Identify performance and promotion cycles that are clear, consistent and standardized across departments, aligned to the OKR process and facilitate the professional growth of employees. o Develop programs for individual, manager, functional and company-wide training that will benefit employee development, company culture and business performance o Work closely with the VP of Finance to develop budgets associated with training, performance cycles and codify timing and cadence across the business. ● Culture: Identify ways to improve and elevate the company culture to ensure we are consistently delivering on our values, developing programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention and ensuring that diversity, equity and inclusion is embraced holistically across the business. ● Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: o Develop recruitment processes and policies to ensure we are attracting and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring practices o Work with marketing team to develop employer branding that is aligned to overarching brand and drives excitement and interest in working at the company ● Team KPI’s: Identify, track, and report on HR team metrics that align to broader business OKR’s and priorities
